Summary of Changes

In 6.13.0.0, IFS IDEAS released Invoice approvals in an updated web interface and available on mobile devices.  IDEAS 6.15.0.0 completes the release of the new HTML5 iApprove suite of document approvals.  Purchase Documents and Purchase Requisitions are now available in the updated user interface.  Both Stock and Non-Stock documents are supported.  As with the Invoice release, many considerations were given to the presentation on both desktop and mobile devices.  Full functionality is available in a mobile device.  The new iApprove UI is certified for Chrome and Safari browsers.

Issues Resolved

iApprove

• Resolved an issue approving a document from the Invoice Detail screen when the Profile Name in iAdmin is different than the database Profile Name.

• Resolved an issue where approval email notifications were not being sent.  Removed the requirement to supply a password for the SMTP server in the Approval Notification Settings screen.
  
  

Account Reconciliation

• Modified a data type in a global formatting routine so that the Account Reconciliation and Analysis screen could handle amounts greater than 10’s of trillions.  This also corrects the display in the GL Ledger Report of large numbers.

Process Manager

• Auto Journalization and Auto Posting were failing due to file path encryption.  Corrected the encryption/decryption logic to successfully decrypt the paths for these two processes.

System Security

• Corrected a condition where User records created on the fly when using Group Role Security (Active Directly) were not entering the Date field in the record causing problems with expiration settings.

Accounts Payable

• Corrected the converted amount on the Invoice Detail Report when a spot rate was used for the invoice instead of the rate table.
