IFS IDEAS 6.11.0.0 has over 30 corrections in various modules.

IFS IDEAS 6.11.0.0 includes software maintenance in the following areas:

• Accounts Payable

  • Vendor Search

    • Corrected the use of wildcards when searching by Tax ID.

  • Vendor Inquiry

    • Corrected an error when printing to a network printer.

    • Corrected sorting the Transaction grid by Date.

  • Invoice Entry

    • Corrected an error when saving an invoice with line-level taxes that is associated with a purchase document.

  • AP Detail Report

    • Removed a blank page at the end of the report.

  • Customer Inquiry

    • Corrected sorting the Transaction grid by Date.

  • Manual Cash Receipt

    • Corrected a display issue in the Invoice Search screen when the same Invoice Number exists in multiple entity/currency/customer combinations.

    • Corrected the precision display of Imported Rates.

  • Gain/Loss Calculation

    • Corrected an issue where if an Account List had ~800+ accounts, some were excluded from the calculation.

  • Depreciation Processing

    • Corrected an error processing depreciation on pooled assets when alternate languages were involved.

  • Asset Master Maintenance

    • Corrected the update of the Effective Date on an asset that was copied from an existing asset.

    • Corrected an error that occurred once the number of assets in a system exceeded 32,768 assets.

• General Ledger

  • Trial Balance Report

    • Corrected a sorting issue when the report is run to display debits and credits.

  • Journal Unlock Utility

    • Corrected an issue with the installer that caused the Journal Unlock Utility menu option to become disabled.

• iIDEAS Administration

  • Corrected errors that were caused by a recent Windows Update.

• iApprove

  • Corrected a display issue in the Attachments screen in AP, PD, and RQ causing the duplication of Attachment IDs in the list.

  • Corrected an issue where Vendor Details would not display if the invoice was not the last invoice for the vendor.

  • Corrected at error for Citrix users when attaching read-only files.

  • Corrected an error caused by importing files to different entities from the same source folder.

• Inventory Accounting

  • Corrected the column label for Transaction Type in Process WH Transactions.

• Joint Interest Billing

  • Corrected the truncation of a dynamic query that caused an error during JIB Journalization.

• Report Wizard

  • Corrected various grid navigation issues in the Report Wizard screens.

• Spreadsheet Link

  • Corrected a display issue of Exchange Rates when importing journals.

• Warehouse

  • Corrected a validation issue in the Restricted Returns screen.

  • Corrected a summarization in the Inventory Activity Report when summarizing by Stock Number and Transaction Date versus Group Code.

  • Corrected the display of Stock Master Estimated Price on the Physical Inventory Worksheet.
