Summary of Changes

IFS IDEAS 6.20.0.3 is a hotfix to resolve the following issues:

Issues Resolved

Accounts Payable

• Auto Invoice Import from Table

  • Eliminated the requirement to have a value in the Inv_Desc field.

  • Corrected a query that had a missing reference to the SATID column during import.

• Automated Checks

  • Allowed for multiple payments to an invoice in different currencies where the check number was the same, but for a different bank code.

  • Corrected an issue where the Currency Description on the form is removed after the Payment Currency is selected when paying an invoice in a different currency.

• Aged Open Payables Report

  • Corrected the display of WH on an invoice where a second payment was made against an invoice and the Prorate WH flag is enabled.

• Generate Cash Requirements

  • Corrected an issue where the Currency Description on the form is removed after the Payment Currency is selected when paying an invoice in a different currency.
