Summary of Changes

This hotfix is to resolve an issue found in the AP Invoice Entry screen related to the recent Spot Rate feature added in 6.14.0.0. 

Issue: When the Spot Rate feature was disabled in the Invoice Entry screen and an existing invoice had a change made, the following error was displayed when trying to save the change: You must enter Target Currency.

Resolution: Corrected logic to not check for values in the Target Currency field when the field is hidden on the screen.
