The following features are available in IFS IDEAS 6.13.2.0.

ISO 20022 PAIN XML ACH Format

ISO 20022 PAIN XML is evolving as an international standard ACH format.  Many banks will accept this format directly while others will be able to use this format with a mapping utility to their own ACH requirements.  IFS IDEAS has added this format to existing custom formats to help satisfy the needs of our clients to produce ACH payment files.  The basic information gathering options have been added to IDEAS to support this format and a new payment type (43) has been added to use this format.  Each bank is unique in their file format requests for ACH payments, so additional configuration is still necessary.  But this option provides a starting point for ACH development to eliminate full custom solutions for each request.  For more information on this option, see the Accounts Payable help documentation.

IFS IDEAS 6.13.2.0 includes software maintenance in the following areas:

Accounts Payable

• Edit Cash Requirements

  • Corrected the Payment Type filter option to correctly filter the Edit Cash Requirements grid based on the payment type selected.

  • Corrected the behavior of the Pay All and Pay None options to show the correct amounts in the grid and the totals.

• Remove Advance Applications

  • Corrected a display issue on the invoice grid and report where information was duplicated because different invoices had the same invoice number.

IDEAS Administration

• User Setup

  • Corrected encryption issues that caused a password change to disallow login or raise an error when trying to view an attachment.
