Qbyte CS Land/Qbyte Financial Integration - Business Associates

Setup

Business Associates must be marked as Land Management business associates before they will be integrated to CS Land. Select the check box at the bottom of the Business Associates screen. Once the record is checked, the effective date will default to the Financial Management effective date, which can be overridden.

Business Associates must have the following fields populated to be integrated with CS Land.

Qbyte Financial allows multiple addresses to be defined for a business associate. As CS Land only handles one address, the address marked as the Land Management default address is integrated to CS Land.

Potential Integration Errors

To integrate a business associate to CS Land, the first 15 characters of the Short Name field must be unique. If the Short Name is not unique, the following error will occur:
