Customized Reporting

Overview

IFS Reporting offers two methods for users to generate custom reports. 

• Custom Reports offer a user-friendly way to customize labels, line item ordering, number formatting, and more. 

• Ad Hoc View Templates are more complex, but offer expanded capabilities for manipulating your data. For example, you have the ability to create almost any formula to calculate line item values.

Custom Reports

IFS Reporting Custom Reports help you generate custom financial reports by providing a Report that formats your customized Account Group data. Custom Reports can be used to generate Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Lease Operating Statements and Statements of Cash Flows.

Custom Financial Report

The Custom Report Training Guide provides instructions for creating your custom report. The Custom Report Worksheet is a tool that helps you plan your report, including setting up Account Groups in your accounting software (Bolo or Excalibur).

Ad Hoc View Templates

IFS Reporting templates help you generate custom financial reports by providing an Ad Hoc View with configured data, paired with a Report Template that formats the data. These tools can be used to generate custom Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Lease Operating Statements and Statements of Cash Flows.
