Download the Budget and Forecast Import template. 

• Budget and Forecast Import Template.

• This is the file that is used to import your Budget and Forecast data into P2 Reporting.

• The workbook must be named BudgetAndForecastImport.xlsx.

Place BudgetAndForecastImport.xlsx in the correct location for import.

• Hosted clients: Log a case to have Managed Services upload your Budget and Forecast file to the server.

• On-premise clients: Place the BudgetAndForecastImport.xlsx file in the P2 Reporting JSON folder on your IFS Reporting server.

  • The pathway will be similar to: C:\P2\P2Reporting\P2Energy\bulk.
