Owner Detail Sales Ledger - REV285

This program allows you to print the Owner Detail Sales Ledger Report. You can select the owner detail for multiple periods and for specific owners. This report is the same format as the report in the Owner Sales Inquiry/Transfer - REV210 program. This report prints the data sorted by owner, well, and sale date. Within each sale date, data from the following print:

• Detail Sales Ledger

• Detail Sales Suspense file

• Detail Sales History file

The data you want to report may be limited to specific sale dates. You can enter either or both a beginning date and an ending date. Entering an ending sale date with no beginning date selects all sales from inception to the ending date. Conversely, you can enter a beginning date with no ending date, causing all items from the beginning date through the latest detail processed to be selected.

If you do not enter either date, you get all data for the owner(s) specified. If you also do not enter any owners, you print a report of all detail sales data on file.
