Unreleased Owner Detail - REV750

This program prints the Unreleased Owner Detail Sales report. Owner detail sales items are released when they are processed through the Revenue Check Processing - REV200 program, depending on the pay status code. Detail sales with a pay status of `S' (permanent suspense) and `M' (total sales less minimum suspense amount) are held (not released) by the check process.
