Implementation Issues

These troubleshooting recommendations apply to the following situations:

• During the first completely new implementation in a new environment

• Adding an implementation on a new server

• Adding an existing implementation in a new environment

If you receive multiple generalized errors or are not sure where to begin to troubleshoot implementation issues, the first step is to complete the Troubleshooting Best Practices checklist for IFS Connector. After you complete the checklist, if you still have errors, you can use the Postman application to manually test your interop connections.
