Introduction

The Overhead Details report displays detailed overhead information; including the overhead method’ and ‘accumulated amount’.

Example 1 - All overheads for a specified Cost Centre

In this example, I want to generate the details of all overheads for a specific Cost Centre.

Open the Overhead Details report from the menu (under Reports → Masters → Joint Interest).

Enter your selection criteria.

AFEs – Choose one of the following selection methods:

Include All AFEs
Enter a List of AFEs
Enter AFE Criteria
Retrieve Defined List or Criteria

Select the ‘Include All AFEs' selection method. For example:

Cost Centres – Choose one of the following selection methods:

Include All Cost Centres
Enter a List of Cost Centres
Enter Cost Centre Criteria
Retrieve Defined List or Criteria

Select the ‘Enter a List of Cost Centres selection method and enter the specified Cost Centre number. For example:

Click the View Report button to generate the report and view the results:

The report output can be generated to PDF:

The report output can be exported to Excel XLSX Unformatted mode only.

Unformatted mode will display the raw data from the report queries. Different tabs are created in the Excel worksheet for the different types of data:
