Summary of Changes

The purpose of this document is to provide you with the latest update on changes made for the release of IFS Reporting 2.20.0.2 and notify you of the expected date of this release. IFS Reporting 2.20.0.2 resolves a bug that sets the default database port to 1433. The port number is now adjustable if needed.

As of release 2.10, the Budget and Forecast module in IFS Reporting will require additional disk space on your SQL server to accommodate the new dataset.

Note: The projected data volume for the Budget and Forecast module will approximate the volume of the Cost Center Summary table (FIN.FactCostCenterActivity).

As of release 2.10, the enhancement of the Cost Center Summary ETL in IFS Reporting will require additional disk space on your SQL server to accommodate the new dataset for IFS Excalibur customers. No changes are expected for IFS BOLO customers.

Note: The projected data volume for the Cost Center Summary ETL will approximate the volume of the Cost Center Summary table (FIN.FactCostCenterActivity).

As of release 2.13, the enhancement of the BOLO Data Schema in IFS Reporting will require additional disk space on your SQL server to accommodate any added extractions for IFS BOLO customers. By default, this supplementary extraction process is not enabled, but specific tables can be activated as needed. No changes are expected for IFS Excalibur customers.

Note: The projected data volume for the full BOLO SQL data extract will be approximately double that of the BOLO Unidata table size.

Port Setup Defaults to 1433 

Issue: Setting in Engine Installer defaults to port 1433 and does not allow adjustment. 

Resolution: Engine Installer now allows users to change port if desired.

Issue: The following reports display an incorrect AFE Number and Description:

  • R 02.02 Oracle GL Balances and Account Activity Table

Proxy Errors Occur In GL Validation Reports

Issue: When three or more accounts are listed on a transaction, the following reports produce a proxy error:

  • R 05.25 Revenue GL Validation by Control Group Crosstab

  • R 05.26 Revenue GL Validation by Process ID Crosstab

Workaround: Development is working on this issue.
