SUMMARY

NOTES

Financial

Report 02.21 does not have -LOE-N in account group filter

Issue: Report 02.21 Lease Operating Statement does not include -LOE-N in the Account Group filter selection, so when a user runs the report for net amounts, the Expense section does not populate.

Workaround: This resolution is scheduled for a later release.

Financial

Existing domains do not appear in the source selection window at domain creation

Issue: When creating a new domain, the selection of available data sources does not match the sources available in the library.

Workaround: This issue is being worked on by the solution provider, Tibco.

A workaround has been provided:

  1. Right-click on the data source.

  2. In Properties, copy the URI of the resource.

  3. Paste the URI in the Create Domain data source field.

Financial

Transfer Order Report is not supported for IFS Excalibur customers

Issue: Due to the way transfer order IDs are currently extracted from IFS Excalibur, Report 01.05 Transfer Order Report is not supported for IFS Excalibur customers.

Workaround: This resolution is scheduled for a later release.

Enterprise Upstream

AFE number and description do not show on select reports

Issue: The following reports do not correctly display the AFE Number and AFE Description:

  • Report 02.02 Oracle GL Balances and Account Activity Table

  • Report 02.03 Oracle GL Transactions by Journal Table

Workaround: This resolution is scheduled for a later release.

Enterprise Upstream

Proxy errors occur in GL Validation reports

Issue: When three or more accounts are listed on a transaction, the following reports produce a proxy error:

  • Report 05.25 Revenue GL Validation by Control Group Crosstab

  • Report 05.26 Revenue GL Validation by Process ID Crosstab

Workaround: Development is working on this issue.

A workaround has been provided:

  1. Get the existing SQL queries.

  2. Create one-off domains using derived tables.

  3. Create copies of the reports.

  4. Point them to the new domains.
