Participant Master LLR167

Use this program to set up name and address information for land participants (lessors, lessees, etc).

If you have full access to LLR167, you can create a new participant here. Or, you can flag an existing Name Address Master item as a participant by calling up an existing record and clicking Save. Before creating a new participant, use  Alternative Access  to check existing records. If you continue setting up a new record, you may enter the address information here, and the Name Address Master record will be created at the same time as your new Participant Master record. If you are flagging an existing Name Address Master item as a participant, you cannot make address changes here. Those changes must be made in the Name Address Master - COM100A.

If you have read only access to LLR167, a message displays, "You have Read Only access to this process. You will not be able to make changes." In this instance you may view participant detail records, but you cannot create new ones or make any changes to existing records.
