Tract Master LLR134

Use this program to enter the legal description for each tract. Tract Master - LLR134 is a multi-tabbed screen for entering tract related information. Each tab has the same buttons available. Entered tracts are considered to be horizontal or surface tracts and are used for acreage reports, delay rentals, shut-ins, and Exhibit 'A's.

If you are setting up a vertical tract, enter the horizontal tract to which this vertical tract is associated in the Master Tract field of the Tract Master.

It is very important to enter legal descriptions in a consistent format. The more consistent the description, the easier it is to retrieve acreage and other information.

Note: For Delay Rental checks, on a tract with more than five lines of description, the description truncates and ***more description on file*** is stated on the check stub. If there is more than one tract, the check stub will state ***more tracts on file***.
