Get Started with IFS Hosting
Thank you for choosing the IFS Energy & Resources Online hosting service. Once the technical installation of your application environment is complete, you can follow these instructions to get started.
Step 1: Set up accounts to the online system
The initial "Access Management Administrator" will setup accounts to the online system.
The IFS Online portal can be accessed here: https://online.qbyte.com
Here are some basic instructions for administering user access to your applications as well as administering any IFS support users’ access.

Step 2: Install the supported Citrix connector
In order to access the application from your desktop, you need the correct version of the Citrix connector.
Uninstall your existing Citrix (if you have one)
Follow the below uninstall instructions, if you have an existing Citrix client installed. You must have IFS's supported version for the application connection to work.
Login using the credential provided to your "Access Management Administrator"
Click "Citrix Web Client" under the "Related Links" menu
Install Citrix Web Client
Either click "Run" to install it or "Save As.." to your preferred location and then run the install.
Step 3: Access your application folder and launch the module
From your computer, you can now access the application modules which have been assigned to you by your local administrator.

Uninstalling Citrix
This section will explain how to properly uninstall Citrix and how to reinstall the Supported version of Citrix.
*** Citrix must be fully uninstalled before attempting to install a new Citrix Receiver
1) Go to the Windows Control Panel (can be found in the Start Menu) → Programs → Programs and Features and find the Citrix Receiver in the list:
This can also be found by searching in Windows: click the Windows button at the bottom left and type "uninstall" until you see "Uninstall a program" in the Control Panel section of the search:
2) Right click on the Citrix Receiver and click "Uninstall":
3) Open a browser and navigate to online.qbyte.com and log in.
4) Once logged in, navigate to the "Related Links" tab at the top left and click it. Under "Downloads", click on Citrix Web Client to install the supported version of Citrix. This is the current version of Citrix for our software:
5) If you need to verify the version and get to the screen above, go to your tray at the bottom right of your screen, find the Citrix icon, right click and hit "Advanced Preferences":
