Introduction

The Report As Product column on battery balance Oil and Water Receipts and Dispositions allows clients to override how the product is reported on the Petrinex submissions.

Oil Balance

Oil Disposition

• The Report As column is only visible on Alberta, Manitoba (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to MB Petrinex Implementation Date), Saskatchewan and British Columbia (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to the BC Petrinex Implementation Date) batteries.

• The possible Report As Products are WCOND, COND, C2MX, C3MX, C3SP, C4MX, C4SP, C5MX, C5SP, DILUENT and SYNCRD. If left blank it will be reported as OIL.
  

• Injection dispositions may not contain Report As Product.

• The auto-generated receipt for battery-to-battery transfers with a Report As product will show the same Report As Product.

Oil Receipts

• The Report As column is only visible on Alberta, Manitoba (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to the MB Petrinex Implementation Date), Saskatchewan and British Columbia (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to the BC Petrinex Implementation Date) batteries.

• The possible Report As Products are WCOND, COND, C2MX, C3MX, C3SP, C4MX, C4SP, C5MX, C5SP, DILUENT and SYNCRD. If left blank it will be reported as OIL.

• When receipt type is Injection/Previous Month, the Report As Product must be blank.

Water Balance

Water Dispositions

• The Report As column is only visible on Alberta, Manitoba (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to MB Petrinex Implementation Date), Saskatchewan and British Columbia (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to BC Petrinex Implementation Date) batteries.

• The possible Report As Products are FSHWTR, BRKWTR and STEAM. If left blank it will be reported as WATER.

• Injection dispositions may not contain Report As Product.

• Deliveries to an Injection Facility will now use the Report As Product as the product code for the Injection Facility Receipt.

Water Receipts

• The Report As column is only visible on Alberta, Manitoba (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to MB Petrinex Implementation Date), Saskatchewan and British Columbia (when the Production Date is greater than or equal to BC Petrinex Implementation Date) batteries.

• The possible Report As Products are FSHWTR, BRKWTR and STEAM. If left blank, it will be reported as WATER.

• The Report As Product must be left blank on Injection/Previous Month receipts and it will be protected for Auto-generated receipts.

FDC Uploads

• FDC Record format FACRCPT includes the Report As product.

• FDC Record format FACDISP includes the Report As product.

Petrinex Submissions

Battery Volumetric

• The Report As Product entered in the Battery Balance screen will be used as the product for OIL/WATER transactions.

Pipeline Splits

• The Report As Product entered on OIL dispositions will be used as the Product, however, if the delivery is to a CTP, the CTP override product will be used.

Battery SAF/OAF

• Report As Product entered on OIL dispositions will be used as the Product.
