This program allows the display of data from checks. After a check/checks are selected, owner details, division orders, and their corresponding Gross Sales Ledger (GSL), and Detail Sales Ledger (DSL/DSH) transactions can be displayed. Data for one specific check can be displayed or data for all checks for an owner can be displayed.  Additional selects by purchaser, well and dates can assist with narrowing the displayed data.  The program displays in a series of grids in new windows as each hyperlink is selected. Each Grid can be exported to Excel, or printed directly from the window. Click the hyperlink to drill down to the GSL, DSL/DSH transactions.

In this program, select either a Check Number or an Owner.  One is required.

Revenue Drilldown - Checks (REV556B): Displays the Check Numbers, Owner, Period End Date, Check Date and Check Amount.

Revenue Drilldown - Check Register (REV556C): Displays the data from one check (from REV556B) DSL/DSH, GSL, Well, Sale Date, Product, Division Order, Owner Interest, Type Interest, 8/8 Amount (Gross) and Owner Net Amount, Check Amount, Check Date, Period End Date.

Revenue Drilldown - Detail Sales Ledger (REV556D): Displays data from one DSL/DSH record, including Check Date, Date Paid, Well, Product, Division Order, Quantity, GSL, Period End Date, Sale Date, Owner, Owner Interest, Owner Gross, Pay Code, Suspense Flag, Components, Component Description and Component Amounts.

Revenue Drilldown - Gross Sales Ledger (REV556E): Displays data from one GSL record, including Batch, Purchaser, Well, Purchaser Property, Product, Division Order, Status, Quantity, Special Quantity, Period End Date, Sale Date, Check Processing Date (Time_Date), Gross, Amount Received, Amount Due, Receiving Interest, Components, Component Description, Component Amounts, We Remit Amounts, and Exempt Percent.

Revenue Drilldown - Division Order (REV556F): Displays data for one division order, including Well, Product, Effective Date, Expiration Date, Purchaser, Dedication Percent, Owners on the division order, Type Interest, Pay Code, Component, Interest, Exempt, Receiving Interest Components and Receiving Interest.  Owners will repeat if they have more than one Component and/or Type Interest.

Revenue Drilldown - Owner Detail (REV556G): Displays data for one Owner from the Owner_Detail record, including Type Interest, Year End, Year to Date (YTD) Gross, YTD Tax, YTD Expense, Mail-To Owner, Pay Code, Minimum Pay Amount and Pay Balance.

Revenue Drilldown - Well Master (REV556H): displays data from the Well Master for one well, including Operator, Unit, Division Orders, Leases, Land Division Order Products and Effective Dates.
