Print Division Order - REV811

This program selects division orders according to company, well number, effective date, and product. The default company and period end date display on the data entry screen. The report includes the owner name and address, owner number, decimal interest, and interest type. This report prints on an 8-1/2 inch by 14 inch legal form.
