Print LDOM Labels - LDO283

This process prints specified names and addresses in 2-up label format. The labels are designed for a form that is 1" by 4" with 2 labels across. We recommend the use of standard Avery Laser Labels. The data you enter in Fields - LDO283 determines which names and addresses print.

The names selected to print on the labels are made up of owners from the ldo_master file records specified by your input of wells, products, and effective dates. Owners can be added or excluded from the list of the ldo_master record owners.

The program sends the output to the _HOLD_ file with the unique reference LDO.LABEL. It generates one hold file entry for every ldo_master record entered.

When the user is printing the labels from the Report Viewer, they should be printed using the System Print button rather than the Print button, as this allows IFS Excalibur to establish the format of the labels correctly. The Print button allows the print formatting to be changed by the user's device and could make the labels print incorrectly.
