This is the general partner to whose books cutback entries will be made. The cutback company must have previously been set up on the COMPANY MASTER. Enter company number, cross referenced on company name. If left blank, all cutback companies are selected.

Period End Date

Enter the period end date to be processed.

Sequence

Enter the sequence identifier to be selected for this process. No alternative Access is available at this prompt.

Report Type

Run in Forecast mode (creating the PTR_CUTBACK_UTM_FORECAST file) or in Actual mode (updating the UNPOSTED TRANSACTION MASTER).

Cutback By

Select whether to run by Period End Date or Activity Date.
