Add the ability to run Connector jobs (for PowerUsers) from the web console

A REST API has been created which allows IFS Workflow to queue a request for the Connector to run a specific route with a specified logging level.  Usage: a POST to /api/v1/requestQueue?requestRouteId=50&logLevel=3 queues a request for route 50 (AFE Header) with logging level 3 (Verbose).


To enable this API the EnableWebServices flag in the web.config file for the IFS Connector Dashboard will need to be set to "true" after installation, otherwise all requests will return a 400 response.

Added support to integrate the Federal Backup Withholding Rate for the Address Book integration between IFS Land and BOLO.

Enhanced IFS Connector logging to display messages in near-real time on the Dashboard.

Issue: Logging of XML data sent by ProCount breaks Connector dashboard.

Resolution: IFS Connector will now log debug information for data being sent by ProCount systems using JSON format instead of XML format to prevent errors when viewing data in IFS Connector dashboard.

Issue: IFS Connector does not Support HTTPS Protocol for ProCount WCF Web Service.
Resolution: Added support to IFS Connector to allow for Transport Layer Security when accessing IFS Merrick ProCount APIs when integrating IFS Merrick with BOLO or Enterprise Upstream.
