Summary of Changes
IDEAS 6.20.0.4 has the following resolved items:
Key Maintenance
Budget Alerts
- Purchase Documents Amendments approved in iApprove were not updating the Purchase Document Commitment table.
- Eliminated the possibility of deadlock errors on the Budget Totals table when multiple users are updating budget totals at the same time.
- Eliminated a condition where the commitment tables were rebuilt unnecessarily when invoices were approved in the iApprove Invoice Detail screen.
iApprove
- Added Serilog to iApprove and associated api's to improve logging.
- Corrected memory leaks and database connection management in the IDEASApi to eliminate Internal Server errors.
- Eliminated the ability to click the Submit button more than once in all iApprove approval screens.
