Qbyte Financial Management is composed of four central tables.

This table...Is used for these transactions...
VouchersAn administrative grouping of transactions. The word voucher is used to represent a specific set of transactions. A voucher is uniquely identified by a voucher number, type, organization, and accounting period.
Cash TransactionsCash transactions, such asa chequesor wire transfers.
InvoicesInvoice transactions. Qbyte Financial Management can handle both payable and receivable invoices.
Line ItemsA single financial transaction. Each line item is booked against an account, an organization and optionally, acostcentre, an AFE, a continuity code, and an activity period.
