| Vouchers | An administrative grouping of transactions. The word voucher is used to represent a specific set of transactions. A voucher is uniquely identified by a voucher number, type, organization, and accounting period. |
| Cash Transactions | Cash transactions, such asa chequesor wire transfers. |
| Invoices | Invoice transactions. Qbyte Financial Management can handle both payable and receivable invoices. |
| Line Items | A single financial transaction. Each line item is booked against an account, an organization and optionally, acostcentre, an AFE, a continuity code, and an activity period. |
