IDEAS 6.24.1.2 resolves several issues around the AP Auto Invoice process as well as Purchase Document and Purchase Requisition approvals in iApprove.
Accounts Payable/Process Manager – Auto Invoice
Two stored procedures were updated to resolve issues with PO’s and Receipts in the Auto Invoice Process
Corrected a condition when Receipts are referenced in the Auto Invoice file, the invoice lines are inserted from the Receipt instead of the PO and the proper link is made between the PO and the invoice to give correct PO inquiries related to invoices.
Corrected validation errors when multiple tax codes, tax basis and tax amounts were entered to the Auto Invoice Process.
iApprove
Resolve Internal Server Errors related to Purchase Document and Purchase Requisition approvals when the Budget Alert is enabled and the document to be approved exceeded the budget threshold and required a budget report to display.
