IFS IDEAS 6.20.0.4 has the following resolved items:

Budget Alerts

Purchase Documents Amendments approved in iApprove were not updating the Purchase Document Commitment table.
Eliminated the possibility of deadlock errors on the Budget Totals table when multiple users are updating budget totals at the same time.
Eliminated a condition where the commitment tables were rebuilt unnecessarily when invoices were approved in the iApprove Invoice Detail screen.

iApprove

Added Serilog to iApprove and associated api's to improve logging.
Corrected memory leaks and database connection management in the IDEASApi to eliminate Internal Server errors.
Eliminated the ability to click the Submit button more than once in all iApprove approval screens.
