IFS IDEAS 6.12.0.0 includes enhancements in the following areas:

MTD – Make Tax Digital – UK

P2 IFS IDEAS 6.12.0.0 allows our UK clients to comply with the new HMRC reporting requirement to upload VAT tax information directly from the P2 IFS IDEAS database to the HMRC website. This feature also allows UK clients to do all the preparation work for the report directly in P2 IFS IDEAS, reducing the need to rely on third-party products such as MS Excel. This feature is in the General Ledger module and is described in detail in the General Ledger Help documentation.

Accounts Payable

• Auto checks

  • Resolved an issue printing checks from a

    P2

    IFS Hosted environment where the first check in a run printed successfully, but subsequent checks did not.

• Manual Checks – ARG

  • Corrected an issue in the ARG Manual Check screen where the Minimum WH amount was not being calculated correctly causing Check Certificates to be incorrect

Accounts Receivable Trade

Invoice Entry

• Resolved an issue in the Invoice Entry screen where when moving an invoice from one batch to another and failing to save the change would lose the invoice; it could not be found in the source or the target batch. This change was made to the Standard and ARG Invoice Entry screen in AP and the Invoice Entry screen in ART.

All Modules

Windows Reserved Hot Key Combinations

• CTRL + X will no longer close a module. It now only behaves as the standard Windows Hot Key.

• CTRL + C will no longer clear values. It will only copy values.

Fixed Assets

Asset Master Maintenance

• Corrected an issue where the Life of an asset could not be updated if the Depreciation Type was set to Pooled Rate.
