Vouchers

An administrative grouping of transactions. The word voucher is used to represent a specific set of transactions. A voucher is uniquely identified by a voucher number, type, organization, and accounting period.

Cash Transactions

Cash transactions, such as cheques or wire transfers.

Invoices

Invoice transactions. Qbyte Financial Management can handle both payable and receivable invoices.

Line Items

A single financial transaction. Each line item is booked against an account, an organization and optionally, a cost centre, an AFE, a continuity code, and an activity period.
